Having a hard time adding my husbands phone with the invitation link so he can view the cameras with me. Anybody else have trouble with this.

I have already sent an email to grant access to my husband's phone. But when he clicks the link in the email it doesn't let him great his own log in like it says he needs to make. An if he tries putting in my email an password. It tell him to use the same email as was provided in the link. An we are getting no where for 2 days . Smh lol

The account was originally set up in whose name? Maybe he needs to send the invitation to you?

Or does his email or phone name have any nonalphanumeric characters in it?

We got it figured out, had to start a chat with support it was a bunch of different things messing up. Thanks for the help.
