Why am I unable to log into my cameras as normal? I’m getting the message ‘No Subscription’. I don’t want a subscription. Recently completed an update so as far as I’m aware all should be ok.

Have you rebooted the base? How many cameras are in your account? Have you tried both the app and web client?

Thank You for your response. 
There are only 3 cameras on the system and they’ve worked perfectly up until recently. I’ve not rebooted as we’re 4500 miles away from the base station.

You can reboot the base remotely but of course there's always a chance something can go wrong.

 

By any chance do you have zones configured? Try removing them.
