We purchased the Arlo Pro 2 in June 2020. A few months ago, the picture on one camera became washed out and turned upside down. Last week, a second camera did the same thing. Does anyone have experience with this problem?

It is unusual for this to occur by itself, there are two camera setting values in the video settings that invert the picture and adjust brightness. Check you have 180deg disabled and brightness set to a value of 0 or +1.
If these appear to be correct in settings then the camera’s internal settings have been corrupted either in the camera or base station.
Try power cycling the base and pull the camera power and battery for 10sec to reset.

Thanks for the suggestions. Changing the brightness setting worked! But, I can't find a setting for disabling 180 deg.
