When I try to access my cameras (I have 4) from my PC the application wont connect. It times out. When I try again I notice that the picture exists on the screen now however I cant get live video. Accessing cameras works just fine via iPhone 12 or iPad. This makes no sense. I've removed cookies from my pc. I notice this issue got progressively worse. Now it wont connect at all and always gives me the symptoms above.

Not a likely issue but are you using a VPN on the computer? Have you rebooted the computer and checked that everything is up to date? How about trying a different browser? What happens if you use a mobile browser on the phone/iPad that's set to use the desktop version of the web client?
