Hi all! My building is installing the Arlo Pro 2, and in determining which WiFi network to connect it to, we were wondering: Is there an estimate of uploads/downloads per hour? Thank you!

First, the Pro cameras don't connect to WiFi, home or business. The base connects via Ethernet and the cameras connect to the base via dedicated WiFi that you have no access to. So if the question is usage on your WiFi, the answer is 0. However, the connection between the base and Internet may be an issue, depending on the network configuration as well as overall Internet usage.
That usage also depends on the number of recordings as well as how long the recordings are. If set to best quality, expect maybe 5-10MB per 2 minute recording (scale down as needed). Throughput may peak at ~1.5Mbps per recording stream - multiple cameras recording at the same time adds up.
Maybe a detailed description of expected useage would be useful.
