Arlo Pro 2 Setup

Have 2 cameras, first ones name (jack)appears on the second( Jill) one even though it works, . And after I moved the second one I can't set perimeters. Its frozen on the first
perimeter I set. I have 7 day Free plan. Do I need to upgrade ,how do i trouble shoot this, tryed completely re do full set up. Thanks !

Start fresh. Remove all devices from Settings, My Devices. Use the Add Device button (web) or + (app) on the Devices tab to claim the base. SYnc the cameras.
