My house is pre-wire with DC power cables for security cameras. It's the standard DC cables with the 2.1 mm male / female connections.
I now own the Arlo Pro 2 system. My question is, can I purchase USB to DC plug adapters that I see online to power the Arlo cameras? I would like to have them powered and with the DC cables already in place, it would make things simple.
Thanks to anyone the can help.
Happy Holidays.

You mean like this?
Remember that the battery won't charge on 5v usb, so you might as well pull it and save for other cameras. as long as it has over 1.8a current it should work fine

Thank you for the response. Wasn't sure if the camera had standard mini usb so I was thinking this.

Glad to hear I may be able to do something.
Thanks again.
