Arlo Pro 2: One out of three cameras won't record

I have four cameras which record except one, sort of. This camera records small movements but not large movements such as people.

I'm not sure how the camera could detect "small movements" but not people. Is the typical direction of travel for people across the FOV as is needed by any device that uses PIR (passive IR) detectors? Have you tested it your self by walking back can forth in front of the camera at different distances?
