Arlo Pro 2 Motion detection without recording

Hi,

 

I've noticed that starting 2 days ago my arlo cameras have only been detecting motion, but not recording the motion.

I've read through the community post and tried everything from restarting the base, removing and resyncing camera, and reinstalling the app/relogging, to no luck. I am on the legacy free plan. Is there anything you can do on your end that can help?

Did you just remove cameras or the whole system, including the base? That method is the nuclear option which should work. However, I'll tag the mods who can run a backend sync that should clear the issue for you non-destructively.
