Arlo Pro 2 Mic Not Working With IPhone

I just synced my base and cameras, set everything up, did all the required updates but I can't get my mics to work. Does anyone know if there are any issues. I use an iPhone as my control station

Are all permissions enabled for the app in the phone settings?
