I have an Arlo Pro 2. My ex was the original account holder and when he moved out I changed the account over to my email address. It seemed as though I was starting fresh, pairing my app with the base station etc.  There is one base. Is it possible that he could have created an additional account using the same base or is only one account allowed per base? He knows when I'm not home so I am trying to figure out if he's accessing my cameras or tracking me using another method. HELP!!

Do you mean you onboarded the base stations and cameras to the account again?

Devices can only be in one account at a time.

You should

  1. change the account password, just in case
  2. double-check that no cameras are shared.

On (2), check this:
