My base station connects to the internet but the cameras fail to connect to the base station.
The moment i try to sync the camera with the base station, a flashing blue light appears on the camera. In about 2-3 minutes, the light turns amber for about 30 seconds after which there is no light on the camera.
I reached out to the Arlo customer support for help and tried the below options:
1. Fully charged the rechargeable battery
2. Removed the battery, connected the camera to the power source
3. Tried connecting the camera to the base station offline
I have tried replacing the system 3 times so far and running into the same issue with the cameras.
None of the options suggested by the Arlo customer support worked for me. Has anyone run into a similar situation?

Try and sync the camera directly without the app/web...
First make sure your base has internet access ( if model 4000, center led is green )
A QUICK press on the base sync button ( don't hold )
follow by a press of the camera sync button
Slow blue flash to rapid blue means it worked, amber is fail.
Morse is faster than texting!
