Arlo Pro 2 -Cameras do not record entire event. Missing first second or two or last seconds/minutes.

I do not subscribe to any of Arlo's Smart Plans.  I am just using the free 7-day recording.  However, whenever an event is triggered, my cameras often miss the first second or two of the event, and almost always miss the last seconds/minutes of an event.  Will this change if I subscribe to one of Arlo's Smart Plans?

No. The issue is that there's always lag as the camera wakes up, establishes a connection with the base and servers and then starts recording. Camera positioning and sensitivity setting in your modes and rules is what's needed for best performance. Read the FAQ here for best positioning practices.

Also, if you can use AC power via the outdoor power supply, you get the 3 second look-back which would also help.
