2 of 4 Pro 2 cameras won't pair. Blue light turns on for a second and does not blink.

I have the pro 2 with 4 cams.  We now only have 2 cams that work. 

Tried everything i could think of to troubleshoot.  Batteries charge. When inserted to camera, blue light turns on for a second. After that, nothing works.  When sync button on top is pressed, blue light does not blink.  

I reset base station and tried re syncing all 4 cams.  Two cams work fine but the same 2 cams won't sync and blue lights don't go into blink mode. 

Any suggestions? Is there some sort of reset on cams?

Try plugging the cameras into AC power both with and without battery.
