I've had a set of four (4) Pro 2 cameras for almost 6 years and they've been great.  I have them all mounted outside, under roof/soffits so they are generally protected from direct precipitation.  They all are connected to power 24/7 with the black Arlo OEM plug in 25 foot outdoor power cable (USB into the Arlo with a screw in adapter to hold it tight).  Zero issues over the past few years, until a few mornings ago when I got an alert that one of the two front porch cameras was down to 15% battery life.  I thought it was odd because both of the front porch cameras are plugged into the same power strip, so if the breaker tripped or power was lost, both would go down.  I checked the camera out and tried resetting the GFCI they were plugged into.  I verified the outlet had power and checked all the cables with a non-contact voltage power and all was good.  Interestingly, after resetting the GFCI, the other camera on the porch (which was fully charged) then lost the lightning bolt on the battery symbol (indicating it was no longer connected to AC power).  So then for the first camera which was having problems, I followed the instructions for dead battery for Pro/Pro 2 (here:  https://kb.arlo.com/000052305/My-Arlo-Pro-or-Arlo-Pro-2-battery-is-dead-what-do-I-do), so I brought the camera inside and plugged it into the short white charger which came with the cameras.  Charged up just fine, but when I reinstalled it outdoors again, it doesn't charge on the outdoor charger.  Tried this a couple time with both of these cameras, and they hold a charge well but no longer charge on the outdoor charger.  My other two cameras are still charging fine outdoors, and it would seem odd that if it is the charger or plug, how they would seemingly randomly fail within a couple hours of each other.  I am in PA and it has been quite cold earlier this week, but it's been in the 20s the past few days and there have been countless days where it was this cold over the past 6 years and I never had an issue with these cameras. I don't pay for an Arlo subscription so I can't get live chat support and I can't find any help articles or posts with this same issue (charges inside fine but won't charge outdoors).

Any other suggestions of what to do to try and fix these, or am I just SOL???  Thanks in advance.

A couple of thoughts:

- the batteries don't charge under 32F/0C. I suspect that's the issue, especially since you have older cameras (the newer ones seem to work better being plugged in during freezing temps).

- the chargers should be checked, probably indoors, to verify their operation. They may have failed.

Thanks @jguerdat .  I wondered if it could be cold temperature related, but we had a deep freeze (below 0 F) in January and there were zero issues with the batteries staying charged and I never noticed that they weren't charging (though I could have missed it).  Today it was in the upper 30s (F) and they still didn't charge.

It would seem most likely that maybe the chargers are bad.  Good idea on bringing one inside to test it.  I also see they have these same chargers on Amazon for $17.99 so if that doesn't work I'll buy a new one and test it out.
