I have having problems with cameras connected to second base station going offline 95% of the time. the cameras will come online for a brief moment and go offline again right away.

here was my set up before

1 Arlo base station --> 5 arlo pro 2 cameras - NO issues at all with going offline.

Today i added a second base station to my system under one account

1st base station --> 3 cameras  --- NO connection issues

2nd base station --> 2 cameras --- offline like i mention aboved

This offline issue ONLY happen on Andrio Arlo apps ( tried on 4 different android phones and all same issue)

ALL cameras are ONLINE on desktop browser

Here are the things i have already tried already

1.hard reset second base station

2. delect all cameras on 2nd base station and readded all camers

3. IF i turn off 1st base station, 2nd base station cameras will come online right away.

it looks like ONLY one base station can be online at a time.

anyone else having this issues? much appreciated.

If all the cameras are showing online on your pc browser, and the cameras are all working, the the problem is probably the app. I have 2 base stations on one account - no problems.

I am on an iPhone 8 and ios 12.01 - sorry, not using Android. More than likely it is a bug that still exists on the Android app.

The reason I said what I did is that both the website and the apps get their information from the same database. I have found that the website is usually more accurate because the phone manufacturers are constantly changing things to get a leg up on their competition and it takes a while for Arlo to catch up to all of these changes. Give it a little time unless you have some cameras that are not working at all. If that is the case, you need to contact Customer Support.

Yes, I have 2 pro base stations on my main account and one on a different account. If you grant access back and forth to each account, you should be able to view all the cameras on both accounts, but you will only be able to adjust the settings on the account that the base that the cameras are attached to. Also, you will have to arm/disarm each account separately. Don't forget to remove the second base and the cameras attatched to it from the first account before you try to set up the second base on the second account. Then add the second base to the second account and then add and sync the associated cameras one at a time.

If I can think of a solution to your situation, I will get back to you.

BTW, how is the second base connected to your router right now? Wifi extender? Mesh router and satellite?

You did upgrade your plan, (I believe it is called the premier account), to have up to 10 cameras, right? Or am I misreading your original post? Do you have 5 cameras or 8 cameras?
