I have three Arlo Pro 2 cameras across my back yard and only one of them is giving me an error message "Low Temperature The device needs to warm up before you can use it" .

The current outside temp is 45 degrees F. 

I have changed the battery, rebooted the base station and still have the same problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can you say that you see this error when using the arlo android mobile app and the arlo web portal in browser?

The low temp warning is from the Android app. The web portal message was something about the camera was not available or off line. I do trust the information on the web portal, the battery readings on all of my cameras are 100% even when they are almost dead. 

An update to the problem, I changed the battery this morning and the camera came back working. If this was from a low or dead battery I never received a low battery warning email like I do from the other cameras.  And this was the second time in a week I have changed that battery. If this happens again I will update the message.

There have been ongoing issues with customers using the web portal and android apps, iOS app seems not be impacted as yet.

 

There are rumours that a new app and web portal ver is being released but historically these may not address all issues so will have to wait and see.
