Arlo Pro 2 Camera Is Offline

Just bought the 4 camera set.  Got the first 3 cameras up and running without issue.  The 4th is stubborn and won't come online.  I see on my phone app, but can't get the video.  Any suggestions?  I pulled the battery, tried to do firmware update, restarted the base station.  I can't think of anything else.  I even removed the device and reestablished the connection.

It also won't let me do the firmware update.  I keep trying but it won't do it.

Try removing it from Settings, My Devices and resync.
