Arlo Pro 2 Camera Is Not Triggered By Movement But Records Manually

Hi all, I have an Arlo Pro 2 wireless system with 2 cameras, one of them works fine and movement triggers it as it should but the other won't. It records fine manually and the live view works too, it just won't activate with movement. The system worked perfectly for the first 9 months or so, neither camera is wired up both are wireless but always have been, I am an Arlo Smart Pro subscriber.
I have tried all the usual, removing, re connecting etc and nothing seems to work, I have tried contacting support through live chat several times but every time I do it tells me live chat is unavailable.
Can anybody help please?

I have the exact same problem. I have 4 cameras; 3 are still working, but one is not. The non-working one can detect the motion (through the motion test) and it can show live video, but it does not record the video and sends out notification.
All settings are the same on all 4 camera.
Any help will be appreciated.

Right after I posted the message, I logged into My Arlo.
Setting -> The Base Device -> Restart button (at the bottom of the page)
After a few minutes, it will be online again. All work again.
