Arlo Pro 2 Camera Dead. Tried recharging battery in charger but camera not doing anything.

I have a 5 camera system, a little over a year old. All cameras run w/ charging cords all the time. One camera starting having charging faults often and then finally went dark.  I tried recharging the battery in a charger and the battery seemed to take a charge (green light). I inserted it back in and the camera will not turn on, no lights, even holding button down. I tried plugging the camera in with a different charging cord and still nothing. Seems the camera is just dead. Any suggestions?

Sounds dead to me. When starting to have problems, don't wait to use the Contact Support link at the bottom here. Even if they don't immediately replace the camera, having the record of problems may help even after the warranty has expired.
