Camera can see you on live but will not record. What is my problem ?

Check your active mode to ensure it's not disarmed.

I assume you checked the mode and that the motion icon on the Devices tab is black, not gray. What mode are you using? If a custom mode, try using the Armed one.

Welcome to my world.
I've posted about it several times and no help.
Have rebooted the base station, no luck.
2 Pro 2's that have CVR will not record motion, but do show the "Motion Man Icon" lit up when there is motion.
I have a Pro 1 that does the same. It did record though when sound is made.
