When I go to the timeline to review the footage there are multiple several hour gaps in the footage. I cannot review any footage in these gaps, it just appears blank. Is there anyway to fix this?

Yes, there are still large gaps in each day’s recordings.

this has happened to me a few times, and during critical moments.

 

Sometimes it's b/c the recording feature got triggered, so it recorded to the library and created a gap int he CVR timeline. Sometimes it was just missing.

  1. Which cam has CVR?
  2. When are they getting gaps?
  3. Do you have a timestamp in the last 24 hours I can look in to?

Hi @GO6

 

After reviewing your devices, I see that there may be some interference between your router & base station. Can you please move the Base Station away from the router & test again. Your base is providing a signal of -5dBm, so there's a really high likelihood it is interfering. Also your camera "Driveway" has marginal signal. Moving the base station may help bring a stronger signal to this camera.

Does you Ultra camera with the gap issue have a name?

When is this camera receiving gaps in CVR? 

Do you have a timestamp in you timeline of where a gap is?

I would like to look in to your account with this information.

The Ultra is the one labeled "Stairs"

 

It's been a while since I had an issue, or a need to check the CVR timeline, so I'm unsure of when it happened.
