Arlo Pro 2 CVR Is Not Working

Hi,
I subscribed to CVR for one camera, it is permanently connected to power and configured properly as the camera of choice for continuous recording. It works fine with the exception that events do not show up in the timeline and the timeline does not appear to be recording at all.
It is frustrating since I am paying extra subscription for this service as I did not take the free option.
Any help or advice appreciated.

Mine stopped working before Christmas. I have been searchig for answer ever since. I canceled my CVR subscription and now pay for some other service. I bought these camera's because of the CVR. Good luck in getting an answer from Arlo.
