Hi All and for the Arlo managment team,
There is a big bug(issue) - please fix it ASAP. Arlo support case no : 40632299 and 40624383.
40632299 had all the video and 40624383 had the setting of Motion_Detection_Sensitive_Setup_value
This is a very big issue if both of the settings on the web page and back end does not match.
I had been worked with your level 2 support for weeks.
Still, have the same issue while I walk on the edge which closes to Pedestrian walk- does not trigger the Arlo motion detection.
Support team did work on this issue with me - the same issue still exists "the range is much short than before."

What is the issue you are experiencing with your Pro 2 camera?
