Arlo Pro 2 Battery Will Not Recharge After One Use

I have had a couple Arlo Pro 2 batteries that were used once and will not recharge. I have the two battery desktop charger. When battery is inserted no amber light.

Have you tried charging the said battery in the camera using the supplied charger/cable?
