Arlo Pro 2 Battery Drain even with solar

I have 2 of these high price cameras and a ring lighted all wireless, I have solar on all.
And yet:
The arlo make me climb a ladder over 20' to plug in to charge if that bad why sell solar, if donen't work arlo should fix this asap.

Are you saying you have problems with your Arlo Solar Panel not charging your Arlo cameras? Which Arlo cameras do you have?

Arlo pro 2 camera's - I also went out and got the "arlo solar panels". Then 3 weeks pass and 1st. cameras dead then week later 2nd @ 7%. I now have to get the ladder out and charge it. I don't like going out of my way to say anything about it or most issues. Then I thought I've had that ring W/solar and never had this issue, and that has LED lights, siren, dog barking and voice. Why can't arlo go farther or send me a pair of good batteries.

Have you updated your Arlo Pro 2 firmware? You can go to Settings > My Devices in the Arlo app, and from there choose to install the new update.
