Arlo Pro 2 Batteries not charging and shows red charge on camera

Hello,
I have the Arlo 2 pro and everytime I charge the batteries now they will not hold a charge they are plugged in and the there is a red charge on the camera I have now 1 battery that will work please help I purchased the arlo 2 pro before last Christmas. Also the batteries are not holding a long charge anymore compared to when first purchased

Verify you are using the supplied ac adapter and cable.... A normal usb charger wwill NOT charge the battery pack as it needs a dual voltage usb adapter ( qualcom type ) that puts out 5 and 9v dc
