Hi experts,
I just bought Arlo Pro 2 - 4 camera pack today and followed the instruction to install the base station and cameras. The base station is okay, I can see it in the iPhone Arlo app. But I can't setup any one of 4 camera with this base station. I got the same results from 4 camera : the blue LED on the camera blinks slowly for several mins then blinks quickly in amber. I read some articles in this community forum, and followed the suggestions to (1)reset the base station, (2)remove the battery of cameras, (3) fully charge the battery of cameras, (4) try different distance between base station and camera. Unfortunatelly I still can't connect any of 4 camera after 3 hours frustrated testing. Any suggestion? (some articles mention about the firmware, but how can I update it if the camera is not sync?) or come back to reseller to replace the whole set ?
Thanks.

One thing i didn't see ;
Make sure your not HOLDING the base sync button ( some docs say 2 secs ). It's a quick press on the Base Sync and then the camera... repeat after each one sync's
( you should have the left two leds on the base green prior to sync; ( Prower- Internet ).

Thanks for your reply.
Yes, I followed the instruction. The two LED (power and network) of base station are green, no issue, and I can see it in app. I pressed the 'Sync' button on top of base station and the third LED blinks green, then I pressed the 'Sync' of camera. The LED of camera blinks but became amber....
