Arlo Pro 2 App Not Updating...Says Last Movement was 11 days ago

In the "devices" screen of the app it is saying that the last movement caught by the camera was 11 days ago, but when I click on the Library to open the videos it shows clips from today.  Not sure what is going on?  I also can't upgrade my subcription from basic.

Try logging out and back in. If that fails, try restarting the base.
