Arlo not sending audio push notifications

I recently changed phones to a Samsung Galaxy A8 is this phone not equipped to send notifications?

Do you have your push notifications enabled in your mode for the camera? To see this go to Mode > Select the desired mode > Rules (pencil) > Alerts > Push Notifications.

I have notifications activated on a custom night schedule  from 10 pm to 7 am. My Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime used to recieve alerts but my new Galaxy A8 will not. I've tried all the settings available but it won't work .Has anyone else experienced this kind of problem with the Samsung A8?

The above instructions from Samsung will not work on the Samsung Galaxy A8 you have to go into Samsung Smart things and add the netgear arlo device in my case ArloPro 2 camera. so forget the other stuff and do this I tried it it works
