Arlo No longer recognizes my Account sign on using my Galaxy phone

Arlo Pro 2 stopped working few days ago and I am not able to go into the Galaxy phone app because Arlo does not recognize my account password and I tried re-setting it a number of times but Arlo doesn't send me text push notifications with a verification code and when I ask for an emailed verification code, I receive it by email; however it still does not let me sign in with a new password!
