Arlo Dual Changer contacts do not line up with my battery contacts

I just received the Arlo dual charging station. (VMA5400C-100NAS). The description of this charger indicates that it will charge a VMC4030 battery but clearly it doesn't. The batter will not fit into the charger in a way that the contacts will line up with each other. Anyone else experience this?

No, it doesn't.  It lists the Pro 3, Pro 4, and Pro 5s, but not the Pro or Pro 2.

 You need the VMA4400C:

There are third-party chargers that are less expensive, though the comments from users who've purchased them have been mixed.

Thanks Guru, I saw the "ultra 2" and mistakenly thought Pro 2. I have tried the aftermarket cheaper chargers and it seemed to work the first time I used it, then after that, it never worked again. In fact subsequent attempts at using the cheaper charger resulted in my having to removed the camera from my account and then add it back in.
