I really need help. I purchased the new Verizon Fios G3100 router. My Arlo Base and cameras will no longer work. Everything says offline. When the base looks like it's online, the cameras will remain offline. I have spent hours unplugging, replugging and even resetting the base with not luck. I got everything to work for a few hours and then they all went offline again. I am not tech savvy so I don't know how to check for ports or to tell what ghz it's connecting to, either 2.4 or 5. I'm just so frustrated. Everything worked fine until I got the new router. Any help is greatly appreciated.
