Arlo App and Base Station not connecting on new iPhone. Says no device detected.

I have a new iPhone and the app and the base station aren’t connecting. I followed the instructions many times. Message say no device detected

Is this a new Arlo install?  Or did you upgrade the phone, and want to use an existing Arlo setup?

 

If this is a new install, did you try using my.arlo.com in a PC browser?
