Arlo 2 system lost all Admin functions

Hi,

Looking for some help. I've had my Arlo 2 since last June and as Administrator and owner of my account, I had the functionality to "Share" and could use the "911" function and on my mobile app i could "Geofence". I have none of that now. something happened and I no longer have any of these functions. Its like I no longer own my account. I do not have any of the functionality I once had. I was able to share the devices with my wife and daughter but all our accounts are exactly identical with regards to functionality. No one has what I'm calling "Admin functions". Thanks for any input

Have you rebooted your phone and reinstalled the app?

Thank you for your response. I deleted the arlo app on my iphone then I went ahead and downloaded the app but to no avail.

Have you tried logging into my.arlo.com with your master account credentials?
