Are there any discounts available for handicap people (Arlo Pro 2)?

Where do I find a customer service number. I am legally blind and I need help but would prefer to speak with a rep.

Is there a discount for the subscription for handicap people. I have 4 Arlo Pro 2 cameras and was wanting to try a package but it asks for my credit card#, Why?
