I've noticed within the last year especially that my bundle pack has went to the crapper to say the least. I purchased a bundle pack at the time on a good recommendation from a friend close by. Due to one possible attempt to break in. These things wouldn't be good to save your life if need be now. My god. If they now are promoting T mobile, which is a huge laughing stock...maybe that's the problem in general. Bottom line. You absolutely CANNOT get anything close to clear for video purposes. Let alone viewing. Can't even see a license plate now. There's been no update of any kind since we've had the pack. And the one huge consistent problem that really yanks my chain besides the constant freezing " connecting "... automation of signing someone out. God forbid there's is or was an incident/ emergency. Or or I had to show proof of something. I kid you not, both cameras do at least one or both of the two mentioned. It takes SO long to connect.  EVEN AFTER then. Being currently connected! Jus bam. This has really forced me to do some homework and outsource other options because if I can't see a plate I sure as hell aint gonna be able to identify anyone on account of self reliance on my overrated cameras. Terrible enough BEFORE all the pushing of arlo products, we got this bundle before wire free blasted the scene. It was common sense then and Arlo banked on ppl buying bigger batteries and what not. I refused. So we were forced to hard wire. I hate it. But whatever. Also. Our power goes out approx once a week. No power. No wifi. No security. How dumb is that. I'm no security specialist but evidently Arlo Aint either
