App locks out at login

I have seen this condition today opening my app and recall that it has been previously flagged.

 

The app just stops at the blue house page and eventually asks me to login again. Neither login or logout makes any improvements except errors.

 

I recall the fix is to turn off the wifi on the iPhone and login again using the cellular data access.

 

This did the trick by logging me out of the app to allow me to login successfully.

 

Switched back to wifi access on iPhone and all was good again.
