Has anyone recieved an error message when logging into the app while on cellular data that says you are not connected to the internet? Even though everything else on the phone is able to connect to the internet. This is a new issue, did not have the problem for the past fee months. The app does work if im connected to WiFi.

I've seen comments about this recently but not many. Have you tried rebooting the phone and maybe reinstalling the app?

Having the same issue.  A neighbors wants him to select a subscription plan before continuing.  His will not record without doing this. It is offering a "$0.00" plan, but wants a credit card number.

Netflix, etc. also wants one for a trial period so if you don't cancel the subscription automatically continues as a paid subscription.
