Android app - "We're sorry, Arlo is currently unvailable. Please try again later"

Several times this week I open the app when I get a motion notification and the app won't load my camera feeds, and spits back the message "We're sorry, Arlo is currently unvailable. Please try again later".

 

The cameras work fine through my web browser but this issue contines to happen on the Android app and it's really unacceptable when I'm not home and I need the app the be dependable for security.

 

Any other Android users having this issue? Running Android 9.0 August security patch

Hey ctlaltl33t,

 

What Android device are you using? Is this happening on WiFi and/or cellular data? Try to reinstall the Arlo app and reboot your phone device to see if that helps.

Same problem with mine and your "customer support"
Sucks!
No one can give me a reason why I'm having issues.
