Hoping you can help as I have had no joy with the “customer support”
My base station had been working fine, then suddenly the power light is stuck on amber. I have tried all the recommended fixes, but the 3 lights go green for 1 second, then the first light ( power ) gets stuck on amber.
I bought it 6 months ago from Amazon but when I contacted them they dropped their shoulder and said to contact arlo. Lovely body of service when you spend over US$ 1,000 with them!
Anyone have any ideas on what I can do, aside from having to buy a new base station?
We have a young child at home so need it resolving ASAP.

If you already tried a factory reset ( hold in reset for 10 secs till leds flash ), it may be a bad base unit.
The power led is usu amber only during reboot.

The reset doesn’t work and whenever I try the chat function it just shows a blank page.
