Yesterday at 19:17 all devices went offline, but all cameras are recording and transmitting motion/sound data to SmartThings. Live is not available on Arlo App, Homekit or SmartThings. I have tried rebooting hubs, routers and trying to connect hubs via VPN. Nothing helped.

Can you try switching off wifi on your mobile to use mobile data to access arlo using their app.
