I've had these set up for years with no changes. When I look on the app or computer, they all go offline for about 30 seconds then reconnect. The camera lights go out as well. The base station sits right next to the internet router and are connected by ethernet. The internet connection is strong. The cameras are fully charged and are fairly close to the base station. I've gone through all of the troubleshooting steps with no success. What now?

What do you mean by "the camera lights go out"? Do you mean on the base or on the cameras? Are the cameras plugged into AC power? A couple of things may at work:
1) It may just be a display issue although happening on both the app and web would seem to discount that.
2) Move the base as far as practical away from the router. The closeness may be the issue.
