Sounds like the wifi in the base station might be getting interference or it has failed. Same possibility for the cameras but less likely if they all are doing it.
First make sure the base station is 6ft from the router or other wifi devices and test again.
Make sure the cameras are near the base station when resyncing them, I.e. no closer than three feet.

We are unable to reset our cameras on the new email as my other one was hacked. We have tried and tried
to install the cameras on the internet but won't happen. We have someone from Best Buy coming over this
week to see if they can figure it out. There appears to be no way to establish a new email that we can find.
Very frustrating. I have not been able to connect to my cameras for over two weeks now.

When you say you changed the email, can you be more specific how?
If you created a new arlo account then you will need to remove the arlo devices from your original account while the system is connected so you can import them into the new account. This is a security feature to prevent the devices working if stolen.
