After downloading new Arlo app, family can't see videos or lights. Help?

After downloading the new app my family cannot see the video or lights when they log back into their apps.
Has anyone had this happen? How can it be fixed?.

Have you checked their settings in Settings, Grant Access for each of their accounts?
