Adding arlo pro camera to arlo 2 base station

My arlo pro cameras won't sync to my arlo pro 2 base station... Any suggestions...

You could try to power cycle your base station. Sometimes that cures a lot of problems. Also do not hold the sync button for two seconds. That has changed. Now simply briefly press the sync button on both the base and camera.
