Hi,
I am considering to add the Arlo Home Security System to my existing Arlo Pro 2 free account with 4 cameras. Does anyone know if I will lose free access to the existing Arlo Pro 2 cameras? If not, will the Arlo Home Security System work without subscription? What will I lose?
Thanks in advance!

You will not lose access, and the free 7-day cloud recording will continue.
You would be migrated to the new "Feed" user interface. So you would lose custom modes. Geofencing and scheduling are done differently (and folks here are struggling with getting the combination of geofencing+scheduling to work for them).

I believe that you'd lose the professional monitoring feature (but nothing else).

Hi Stephen,
Thanks for the information!
Currently I am using the Arlo Home Security App. Is the Feed User Interface upgraded from the same App? Or do I need to use a different App. For your reference, below is what I use now from my iPhone:
https://apps.apple.com/us/app/arlo-secure-home-security/id1459289784
Thanks!

The current app supports both User Interfaces. You'll be automatically migrated to "Feed" when you onboard the home security system.
