Hello
I have a 5 camera Arlo Pro 2 system which I have just installed. I have the cemeras plugged in and have a basic subscription - I am not sure if it is relevant but I am in the UK. The system tells me that it has the latest firmware.
I have been throguh all of the settings on the app and via a PC and cant find an option to define an activity zone, please can someone advise how to do this?
As I had the cameras working on batteries before pluggin them in I have reset the system and re-synced the cameras but still dont have the option for an activity zone........ am i missing something? Do I have to have a CVR subscription?
Thanks Sam

On the app: Go to Settings -> My Devices -> Click on desired camera -> Click on Activity Zones
On the Web: Go to Settings -> My Devices -> Click on desired camera -> Click on Video Settings -> Click Create New Zone

It's a red box, just under the image and just above the "Rotate Image 180" slider.
I have both Pro2 and Pro1 cameras. The option only shows on Pro2 cameras. Make sure you actually have Pro2s.

And remember that the Pro 2 will be able to use that zone only if AC-powered.
