I have set up Netgear account. My husband granted an access to me. When i receive the email and click on the link, the page turn to Arlo Netgear website and there is a picture of a bird with a wifi signal flashing as wings "please see attached". then it page never change.
How i overcome this issue i need to access the cameras from my phone
