Accidently purchased 2 solar panels. Can I exchange through Arlo? Couldn't return to Costco.

I accidently bought 2 Solar Charger panels, that have the magnetic connect, & I need the usb connect.  Can I exchange  them through ARLO?  (1 opened, neither ever used)?  (I've possessed them for at least 3 months, couldn't return to Costco due to injury, unable to travel).
